Leclerc Briant is one of the pioneers of biodynamic viticulture in Champagne. Towards the end of the 1950s, Bertrand Leclerc was the first to bring the emotion of the organic spirit to his estate.
The first certifications were undertaken by his son, Pascal, the fifth generation.

The rebirth of the Maison Leclerc Briant was re-invented by service quality of the wines, the environment and society.

Originally created in Cumières in 1872 by Lucien Leclerc, the domain moved from Epernay in 1955 to its current premises in Chemin de la Chaude Ruelle. It was during this time that the Domaine became a trading house and adopted the name Leclerc Briant.

In 2012, the purchase of Leclerc Briant by Mark Nunnelly and Denise Dupré saved the House from oblivion.

Leclerc Briant: a company committed to organic, natural, biodynamic champagne, supporting the associative world.

Today, Leclerc Briant cultivates fourteen hectares of vines, mainly in Grand Cru (Mailly, Le Mesnil) and Premier Cru (Hautvillers, Cumières, Bisseuil, Trépail, Rilly la Montagne, Villers-Allerand). It produces and diversifies its supplies by purchasing grapes from a handful of certified organic winegrowers.
